The parts and requirements that need to be inspected during the operation of the bag filter are as follows:

(1) Regular inspection of the operation status of the dust removal device, no less than once during the day shift. If the pulse valve is found to be abnormal (air leakage, diaphragm damage, valve internal channel blockage, solenoid valve failure, etc.), the switching valve cannot be opened or closed properly and air leakage, or the vibration mechanism fails, it should be dealt with in time.

(2) For the rotary pulse bag filter, the operation status of the rotary mechanism should be checked regularly. No less than 2 day shifts and no less than 1 night shift.

(3) Regularly check the pressure of the air distribution box. No less than 1 time during the day shift; when the pressure is higher than the upper limit or lower than the lower limit, check and troubleshoot immediately.

(4) Regular inspection of the working status of the air compressor (Roots blower), including oil level, exhaust pressure, pressure rise time, etc., no less than 2 times during the day shift and no less than 1 time during the night shift.

(5) Release the water stored in the buffer tank and air storage tank regularly. No less than 2 day shifts and no less than 1 night shift.

(6) Regularly inspect the compressed air purification device, not less than once during the day shift.

(7) When unloading the ash hopper of the dust collector, the operation status of the ash unloading and ash conveying device should be checked simultaneously, and any abnormality should be dealt with in time.

(8) Always pay attention to the dust emission concentration at the outlet of the dust collector. If it exceeds the standard and it is determined that the filter bag is damaged, the filter bag should be replaced in time or the leaky bag should be temporarily sealed.

(9) Regularly check the water supply, air supply circuit and parameters (if any) in the spray cooling system, not less than once during the day shift.

(10) Regularly check the smoothness of the pressure sensor tube, not less than once a week. If a blockage is found, it should be dealt with in time.

(11) Always observe and pay attention to the working conditions of industrial computers and computer equipment, and deal with problems in a timely manner.

(12) It is advisable to regularly check the filter bags to observe their damage status. If necessary, their strength attenuation should be detected, and the life management files of high-efficiency filter bags can be established to predict their service life. It should be done 1-2 times a year.
